A Therapeutic Massage focuses on deep tissue stretching & manipulation of muscles to help treat a specific health issue, rather than simply helping you to relax. During this massage you may experience some tenderness or "good pain" as your therapist works through your tissues to restore your body back to a tension-free state. In deep discomfort & pain? Need a better chiropractic adjustment? Ask your RMT for a Therapeutic Massage.

A Relaxation Massage is a gentle treatment that relieves muscular tension, increases circulation, & promotes a general sense of relaxation. This massage is performed using Swedish techniques consisting of long, rhythmic strokes, & small circular movements. It does not address the connective tissue of the muscles or deeper discomforts. Feeling tense? Had a long week at work? Ask your RMT for a Relaxation Massage.

A Pre-natal Massage focuses on light to moderate pressure to relieve tension & pain, while ensuring the safety & comfort of mom & baby. Typically performed in a side-lying position, allowing the mother to be fully supported, reducing any stress on her back & joints. Pre-natal Massages can alleviate stress & physical discomfort, as well as improve sleep, help with circulation, & enhance your overall mood. Are you expecting? Ask your RMT for a Pre-natal Massage.

Face & Body - Lymphatic Drainage (BLD) is a technique that uses very light strokes, with gentle, rhythmic, & circular motions of the hands & fingers, to stimulate the lymphatic vessels beneath the skin’s surface. It incorporates contouring & myofascial release, making it more focused on cosmetic & overall wellness benefits. BLD can accelerate healing, oxygenate the tissues, improve digestive health, reduce stress, improve self-esteem, prevent scar adhesions/fibrosis/seromas, & much much more.

What is Reflexology?

Reflexology is a therapeutic technique that applies gentle pressure to specific reflex points on the hands, feet, or face that correspond with organs and systems throughout the body. Stimulating these points may encourage circulation, relaxation, and nervous system balance.

Rather than focusing on a single symptom, reflexology supports the body as a whole. Treatments are designed to help reduce stress, ease tension, and promote overall well-being.

Cheryl incorporates simple relaxation breathing at the beginning of each session to help the body settle and shift into a calm, restorative state before treatment begins.

Reflexology therapists do not diagnose, prescribe, or treat specific medical conditions. Instead, reflexology is offered as a supportive wellness therapy that complements a client’s overall health care and self-care practices.
